We started Port Logistics Services because we were tired of the same import frustrations everyone else puts up with — slow response times, unclear costs, and no one taking ownership of a shipment end to end.
We built the service we wished existed: one team accountable for the whole journey, not three separate parties pointing at each other. Whether it's a container landing after hours, a haulier that takes days to show up, or a classification question nobody wants to answer properly, we built Port Logistics Services to close those gaps.
We're also building Portloop, a shipment tracking and landed-cost tool for importers — more on that soon.
